Rich Schneider Audio Slide Show

Your Name: Rich Schneider
Your story format for this assignment:

_____ Text (2 photos and/or graphics)

_____ Video

__xx___ Audio slideshow

Your pitch (in one short paragraph):

I want to do an audio slide show on the Frank H. Woods Telephone Museum located at 2047 M Street.  The museum named for Frank H. Woods Sr., the founder of the Lincoln Telephone company in 1903 features telephones from the 1880s to today. To make this story effective I want to get both the people who work there and some visitors to get their feelings on the telephone museum and what it brings to the community.

Explain why this story is best told using this format.

I believe that an audio slideshow is perfect for this story because it will allow the viewer to both see and hear what goes on in the museum and what the people working there have to say about it.

How will you tell this story visually? Please be specific.

I will tell this story through Wally Tubbs or one of the other people who work for the museum to understand the how and the why of running a telephone museum.

List the names and titles of the sources (both those you have talked with already and those you plan to talk to) and describe what role they will play in the story.

Wally Tubbs is the only person I have contacted so far we are scheduling times for a tour and interviews.
